Legislative Basis:
Informal Agreement. However the sea fisheries division in the Department of the Communications, Marine and Natural Resources are responsible for the transmission of landings figures to the EU statistical office, Eurostat, under the terms of Council Regulation No. 2104/93

The information collected is from all ports at which landings are recorded
