Human Resources Strategy

This is the first iteration of the CSO's Human Resources Strategy 2004 - 2006 (published in September 2004). This sets out the future direction of the Human Resources function so that is closely reflects the Strategy statement and business plans. The strategy will guide us towards developing Human Resources policies which support the organisation in adapting to the demands of the business, while helping to enrich the experience of working in the CSO.
